The contract will maintain 40% minimum, Zr content below 30%rejection, or re-negotiation of price is an option preferred to outright rejection of any consignment.

SHIPMENT: Seller option.
DESTINATION PORT: buyers option.
LOADING PORT: Lagos Sea Port Nigeria.
TERMS OF DELIVERY/SHIPMENT: The seller shall effect the shipment within 60 Days after signed agreement and placement of payment Instrument {L/C} {LETTER OF CREDIT}.
UNIT PRICE: US$100.00-$2500/ MT C & F
PARTICLE SIZE: In natural form.
INSURANCE: to be covered by buyer.
QUALITY/ WEIGHT DETERMINATION: The quality of the Zircon sand sold and purchased in compliance with the terms of the contract shall be of quality and weight as determine by the independent inspectorate A.STEWART and the cost of weight /quality determination in Nigeria shall be born by the seller, buyers agent or representative can be present for Inspection at the port of loading, certification of quality and weight by A.STEWART shall be binding on both parties hereto.
CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 months revolving.
PAYMENT: :Buyers bank shall within 5 banking days after signing of the contract issue 100 %irrevocable, operative, non refundable and confirmed letter of credit at sight from first class bank in favour of the seller, all bank charges related to the issuance of the letter of credit are on the buyers account.
